How to Delete Your SoWork Account
At SoWork, we respect your right to control your data. This page provides information on how to delete your SoWork account.
Important Information Before Deleting Your Account
Before proceeding with account deletion, please be aware of the following:
1. Subscription Data: If you have an active subscription, it will need to be canceled separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
2. Security Compliant Data: Due to legal and security compliance requirements, certain data may be retained for a specified period even after account deletion.
3. Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, workspace configurations, and user-generated content will be removed.
Steps to Delete Your SoWork Account
Follow these steps to initiate the account deletion process:
1. Access SoWork: Go to the SoWork app website.
2. Log In: Sign in to the account you wish to delete.
3. Open Help: Locate and click on the Help icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
4. Contact Support: Click on "Talk to us" to open the support chat.
5. Request Deletion: Send the following message to our support team: Hello, I would like to delete my account. Please help me with the process.
6. Follow Instructions: Our support team will guide you through any additional steps and verify your identity to process the account deletion.
