We operate under guiding principles, one of which is to hack speed and quality. Our office gives us the opportunity to do this by:

- No more waiting for Slack messages, just walk up and ask a question!
- Helping us to cut out redundancy in meetings ✂️
- Our team works together every day just like in a real office, no need for multiple meetings!

- Easily recording company meetings
- We are a global 🌍 team, which means sometimes people can't make a company wide meeting, but that doesn't mean they won't get to see it!
👪 Cultural Success
Our team is a tight-knit community, and SoWork is the glue that helps bind us all together. After all, we started during COVID-19 when we realized traditional remote work options just weren't going to cut it for a team as close as ours.
SoWork helps us stay connected by:
- Giving us back access to one another and agency to be near our people both digitally and physically
- Despite being geographically distributed our team often travels and meets up, and hosts "work together" hours in our CoWorking space
- Increasing vertical connections in the organization between employees and Executive Suite
- Our co-founders, Vish and Emma, are always in the office and always have their status set to green. AKA Come up and say Hi. Their model leaked down through the organization and now most people spend the majority of their time in the office available to chat and work together!
- Bringing back "Water Cooler Conversations"
- Accidentally bump into someone and start a video call? Might as well ask about their day, their projects, and life.
